The 135th APH Annual Meeting of Ex Officio Trustees and Special Guests,
October 16 - 18, 2003
July 21, 2003
Dear Ex Officio Trustees and Special Guests:
October 16 through 19 are the dates for the 135th Annual Meeting of APH Ex Officio Trustees and friends. Our meeting site will again be the Camberley Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. We hope that you will "calendarize" these dates and join in as we share our progress and heed your counsel.
This year the program will take us on "The Joy of the Journey", as Dr. Kent Cullers, Director of Research and Development, SETI (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence), shares his personal and professional journey as the world's first totally blind physicist. Dr. Cullers' keynote will truly be "out of this world" as he leads us through his work with NASA and SETI in astrophysics, astronomy, and other fields.
APH staff members and product authors will provide training sessions and information on the latest APH products. An Information Fair will offer posters and demonstrations of new and current APH products, projects, and services.
Enclosed is an Annual Meeting 2003 packet with registration form and hotel flyer. Your registration form should reach APH by September 14, 2003. Please make your reservations with the Brown by using the enclosed toll-free number. Reservations must be made by September 14.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 1, 2003.
We encourage your active participation in this annual historic meeting that gathers many people of our field in Louisville each year. Please take this opportunity to share in the joy of our common journey.
Sincerely,
Tuck Tinsley III
