Past and Present: Pathways to Empowerment

2002 Joint MACRT-ASERT Conference
November 14-16, 2002

This conference is hosted by the American Printing House for the Blind, Louisville, Kentucky, and is jointly sponsored by The Mid-America Conference of Rehabilitation Teachers (MACRT) and The Association of Southeastern Rehabilitation Teachers (ASERT). When making reservations, request the MACRT-ASERT Conference. The toll-free Holiday Inn number, listed below, reaches the local hotel. Room rates may also include any taxes that are not excluded under organizational tax-exempt status.

The Holiday Inn offers complementary shuttle service between the Louisville airport and the hotel. To make a reservation, call the Holiday Inn and provide your name, flight number, and arrival time. If Holiday Inn shuttles are completely booked for your arrival time, look for cars or vans with Executive Transportation and a red airplane on their doors outside of the baggage claim area. They travel to downtown hotels for approximately $10.00 for one person, $15.00 for two, and $20.00 for three. Airport Taxis cost approximately $25.00 per trip.
