Fred Otto is a Project Leader specializing in the area of tactile graphics. He has created or collaborated on numerous products that promote tactile awareness and build concepts through examination by touch.
Fred is most interested in helping teachers and parents to be effective guides for their blind children's tactual exploration and learning.
