Description: This round, hand-shaped bowl is made to sit so that one edge is lower than the other, creating the effect of a bowl that has been tilted so that one can pour from it. Because of the way the bowl is tilted, one can see more of the interior than of the exterior. The exterior is smooth, somewhat shiny cream and gold glaze with a few streaks of maroon color. The interior is shiny, cream-colored glaze, accented with maroon and gray-black. This glaze has been applied thickly and allowed to run in streams that mingle in the center of the bowl, creating pools of color.
