Description: This drawing depicts a large sunflower, the head of which comprises nearly the entire drawing. The center of the flower is a large black circle, done in charcoal. The thickness of this layer adds an almost textural element to the center. From this center, large, vivid, yellow petals, with orange highlights, emerge; these are well defined by black lines. Between these petals, a bright, cerulean blue sky shines through.
