Description: This piece includes a light beige sculptured nest made of stacked coils of clay. Inside the nest are two eggs and a deep blue bird covered with a shiny glaze. The bird's patterned wings are outstretched, and it has indented eyes and a triangular beak. Beside the nest is another, smaller bird; this one is light blue. The small bird is sitting in the bottom half of an eggshell; the top half is lying beside the nest as if the small bird has just hatched.
