Come to the Museum to learn about the challenges, accomplishments, and needs of people with visual impairments. We can also help with the requirements for the Girl Scout Interest Project Patch and the Boy Scout Merit Badge.
Activities are adapted to suit each age group.

- Talk to an individual who is blind and learn about his or her experiences and activities.
- Learn how people who are blind or visually-impaired take part in sports or recreational activities.
- Explore the adaptations you might make in your own troop for a person with visual impairments.

- Learn about myths and misconceptions that influence the general public's understanding of people with people who are blind or visually impaired.
