Summary Burgundy clothbound cover with gold lettering; spine and corners are red. A black label with gold lettering attached to the inside of the front cover reads "Presented By Sir C. H. Lowther Bart. To The Worcester College. 1869." A certificate taped to the inside of the back cover reads "Exhibition Of The Arts And Industries Of The Blind, London June 1914, This is to certify that John T. Johnson [signature] was an Exhibitor at the above Exhibition, Stuart Johnson, Chairman, Exhibition Committee, Henry J. Wilson, Chairman, Conference Committee." Spine is detached.
