Rees, Editor; Entered January 19, 1938 at the Post Office at Lincoln, Nebraska, as Free Matter under the Act of August 24, 1912, This Journal Contains no Advertisements, and is FREE TO THE BLIND." There is an illustration with the outline of a book, showing a woman opening curtains with rays of light on a man seated at a table reading a braille book with the inscription "Rays of Light to the Blind." A red border surrounds all of the title information and illustration.
