Publisher's information is printed at bottom, but is almost entirely covered by a blue label. Label reads "From The Home Teaching and Free Circulating Library Association for the Blind. Bible House, 701 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Pa. John P. Rhoads, Secretary and Treasurer."
Included in front matter is a "List Of Embossed Works In Moon's Type For The Blind," and a key explaining the Moon alphabet. "Lucy Ann Burr Cuthbert" is handwritten in ink on inside of front cover.
