Morton, & Co., Owners of the Copyright, at the American Printing House for the Blind. Third Edition. Louisville, Kentucky. 1877." --t.p. "N.Y.S.I. for the Blind, Batavia N.Y., Ten Copies, No.5, 1878." is handwritten in ink on front paste-down. Several names are handwritten in pencil on front and back paste-downs and on title page. At the bottom left of the title page is a faded, stamped design (state seal or library stamp?) with the year "1871."
