| Blue plastic rectangular chassis with rounded corners, 12.5 x 9.5 white Plexiglas panel fits into window on front; molded into lower right of frame, "APH"; black on/off toggle and dial dimmer on top; jack for AC/DC adapter in top, right; blue plastic foot swivels from sides to adjust viewing angle, push buttons on sides lock position; two (2) battery compartments on bottom, each holding three (3) "D" size batteries; four (4) black rubber feet on bottom of chassis; black plastic AC/DC power adapter with cord and cylindrical DC connector, stamped "18716". |
