Description Thirteen solid geometric forms made of maple wood; brightly painted; basic shapes including the sphere, oval solid, elliptical solid, cylinder, cylinder in two sections, pentagonal solid, hexagonal solid, cube, diamond, cone, cone in two sections, pyramid, and triangular solid. APH catalog no. 1-08120-00.
Dimension notes dimensions vary; overall height and width for each piece is about 3 to 3/12 in.

Provenance/History APH began making its Mitchell Wire Forms with Matched Planes and Volumes kit in 1955. This set, which included only the 3-D forms from that original set, was introduced as a special offer in 1993, to dispose of excess inventory after the Mitchell Forms kit was discontinued around 1989. It sold for $13.00 and appeared only in the 1993-94 catalog.
