Description

| Title, performing artist, and patent information appear on each cylinder and lid. Cardboard containers are covered with green and white paper and show the Edison trademark, with a photo illustration of Thomas Edison, and the words "Edison Amberol Record" in large print. Containers are lined with a soft white cloth. A braille-embossed paper label listing the title, composer, and artist is inserted in each container. Cylinders are identified in the following notes. .1a - Cylinder with recording number 12266, "Stephanie Gavotte," a concertina solo; composer, Czibulka; performed by Alexander Prince. .1b - lid; .1c - container; .1d - braille label. .2a - Cylinder with recording number 12218, "March Aux Flambeux," a concertina solo; composer, Scotson Clarke; performed by Alexander Prince. .2b - lid; .2c - container; .2d - braille label. .3a - Cylinder with recording number 15056, "Walzer a.
