Each Year Book was recorded on 12 audio cassettes, includes an index in both braille and large print, and is contained in a red hardbound book case with gold lettering on the front cover and spine and a braille label embossed on the front cover. Museum has 2 sets of the 1982/83 edition; tape 1 is missing from one set.
