Abstract Item shows the front of the school building. The building is stone with ionic columns and a domed roof. Beneath the picture reads "Asylum for the Blind, Louisville, Ky." Back of postcard is divided with an area for messages and an address area (both unused); printing on left edge reads "Published By Bagley-Howe Drug Co. Louisville, KY. Made in U. S. A." Printed in the middle is "C. T. Photocrom."
