Description 
Color-tinted photo of a red brick building with stone quoins. The central block has four stories and a covered portico with an enclosed balcony above it. The wings are three stories. "Ransdell's Book Store" is printed in light green ink at bottom right corner. "Jacksonville, Ill. School for the Blind" and a 1/4 in. square logo, with a "T" on an easel and a palette beneath, are printed at bottom left. The back is divided and used. Publisher's info, printed along left edge but largely covered by sender's message, includes serial no. 2720 and "Photocromed in Saxony." A coat of arms, approx. 5/8 in. square, is printed in the top left corner. Corners are worn; back is slightly yellowed.
