White print at bottom reads "New York State School for the Blind, Batavia, N.Y." Back is divided and unused. "50086 Worthington & Wood, Batavia, N.Y. (Germany)" is printed along left edge. "Photo. Only, Copyright 1905 by the Rotograph Co." is printed along the left edge. Minimal foxing on front; back has yellowed.
