Description Crackled gray enameled aluminum case, folded corners; black rubber feet; slanted front panel holds four standard RCA female headphone jacks with a black plastic and bright aluminum volume control knob above each jack; 72" gray insulated cord emerges from bottom of back leading to a black male RCA jack.

Provenance/History The APH Headset Adapter was introduced in the 1972 catalog. It allowed up to four listeners to use a talking book reproducer or cassette player at the same time, each able to adjust the volume to suit their needs. It was redesigned by 1994-95. Item belonged to the Louisiana Instructional Materials Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Baton Rouge, LA.
