Report lists the school's officers, staff, and students, and the school's financial receipts and disbursements. On title page: Fifteenth Biennial Report of the College for the Blind, located at Vinton, Benton County, to the Governor of the State of Iowa, October, 1881. Includes a loose, ink-print inscription that reads "With Compliments of Robert Carothers, Principal."
