New, easy method for requesting a pro forma invoice: APH now offers an easy-to-use form on our web site for requesting a pro forma invoice. The form will prompt you for all of the information we need to give you a complete cost for your international order. Follow this link to the pro forma invoice request form. Please Note: At this time we cannot accept international orders via our Web site.
You may also choose to mail or fax us a letter of inquiry specifying which products you wish to order. Also include whether you prefer shipment by surface or air mail. We will send you a pro forma invoice showing product prices, shipping costs, and insurance costs (see "Shipping Methods" and "Insurance").
