Payment Methods

APH accepts the following payment methods:

1. Credit Card
   APH accepts Discover^®, MasterCard^®, and Visa^®.
   
   
2. Checks/Money Orders
   APH accepts checks and money orders drawn on a U.S. bank.
   
   
3. Purchase Order
   Organizations, and agencies may apply for an APH Account. To establish an account call APH Account Receivable at 1-502-895-2405.
   
   
4. Federal Quota Funds
   U.S.-based residential schools, state departments of education, rehabilitation agencies, and some other organizations may purchase APH products using Federal Quota Funds. These purchases must be made by an authorized entity and approved by an Ex Officio Trustee. To find the name of the Ex Officio Trustee in your state, follow this link to the Directory of Ex Officio Trustees of APH.
   
   
5. Letter of Credit
   International customers may mail a Letter of Credit from National City Bank, Louisville, KY, USA. This is the only bank from which APH will accept Letters of Credit.
   
   
6. Pro Forma Invoice
   International customers can fill out this convenient online form, or they can mail or fax a list of products they wish to order. Indicate desired method of shipping (surface or air mail). APH will send a pro forma invoice indicating total costs.
