Student Registration System
Deadline: July 20, 2016
Children and adults who are born blind or visually impaired have the ability to benefit from the products and services offered through the American Printing House for the Blind (APH). In order to participate through Federal Quota System it is imperative that each qualifying student is registered through the Student Registration System (SRS) administered by APH to ensure proper tracking and product goods and services are made available as desired. Our goal is to create a new SRS website using a SQL database backend that will continually evolve as technology evolves and will meet the needs of the field and APH.
Design of a 40-Cell QWERTY Keyboard Braille Display
There are two ways to bid on this project.
- Submit a proposal for a design that APH will purchase from the designer. It will be taken to a manufacturer, and APH will own all Intellectual Property.
- Submit a prototype and the option to manufacture the device. In this case, the bidder owns the Intellectual Property, and APH purchases only the manufactured product.
