I like them because of my interest in history and historical figures, and because I can take advantage of my background and training in the clerical life and in broadcast journalism.
Your favorite book(s) that you've recorded at APH and why:
- "Truman," by David McCullogh (a Pulitzer Prize-winning book, and deservedly so!)
- "Merck Manual of Medical Information" - so complete, and such a challenge, and at 84 tracks (over 123 hours), the longest book recorded by one narrator in Talking Book history.
Your least favorite book(s) that you've recorded at APH and why:
I can't think of a "least favorite"; it seems I can find something to pique my interest in whatever book I'm recording.
