APH Career Opportunity: Educational Aids Production Worker
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Manufacture materials that will include the following tasks: packaging, die cutting, assembly, vacuum forming, sanding, gluing, hand painting, riveting, and sonic welding. Other duties may be assigned.
Equipment, Machines, Tools, and Work Aids
Sonic welder, vacuum form machine, drill press, rivet machine, trim press, band saw, grommet setting machine, arbor press, and miscellaneous hand tools, including knowing how to read a ruler. Other equipment, machines, tools, and work aids may be used.
Education, Training, and Experience Requirements
Must be able to follow detailed instructions, written and verbal. Sitting, standing, grasping, lifting up to 10 pounds or more occasionally. Six months experience in a related area preferred.
New Hire Rate: $14.34
After 45 days worked: $15.34
7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday
7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday (with every other Friday off)
