APH Large Print or Digital Book Request

To request Custom Large Print Titles please send the following:

Completed Request Form
Federal Quota Form or Purchase Order
Photocopies of the front and back cover of the book
Photocopies of the title page, the back of the title page (must include copyright and ISBN information)

Notable items regarding the APH Large Print Process

APH is unable to process new Large Print titles with a copyright date older than 5 years
The textbook font will be a minimum of 18 , printed in color, and be a standard book size (8.5” x 11”)
Cost is $0.60 per print page (i.e., per printed side)
All Large Print Textbooks up to 100 large print pages will be $60 flat.
Please allow min. 6-8 weeks from the time of request for delivery of print textbook; this time can vary based on time of year that the order is placed
APH offers only national editions of textbooks
Digital offerings are subject to eligibility
Large Print Textbooks must be K-12 student textbook, for use in such classroom setting.
