Embossable Word Search is a FREE web-based tool from APH that allows educators to create, customize, and download braille word search puzzles. The website is easy to use and allows you to select puzzle sizes, difficulty levels, and word orientations for your student or browse a library of pre-made puzzles by topic. Puzzles and answer keys are generated as BRF files that can be embossed with devices like PageBlaster and PixBlaster or used on compatible braille displays like Monarch. Designed primarily for Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVIs), classroom teachers, and paraeducators, Embossable Word Search supports braille literacy, vocabulary development, and tactile learning in a fun and engaging way. Its customizable options make it suitable for a wide range of student ages, skill levels, and instructional goals, including adults!
